Hydro blasting up to 2.300 bar

What is a UHP?
Ultra High Preasure (UHP) hydro blasting is blasting with water over 1.700 bar. Scanunit can blast with up to 2.300 bar! UHP penetrates the pores and washes away salt, paint and other contaminants and leaves a perfectly clean surface for painting.

Why UHP?
All paint manufacturers recommend UHP hydro blasting as the absolute best cleaning method before painting “old” steel. Our experience, from more than 25 years, says the same thing!

Traditional preparation and painting gives a nice surface to look at, but underneath the corrosion usually continues.

With UHP blasting the surface gets one hundred percent clean, and with the right type of paint and application method the internal corrosion stops.
